Timber Festival

Feanedock, The National Forest

Friday 6th - Sunday 8th July

Timber is a joint venture between the National Forest Company and Wild Rumpus, who are coming together to create an international festival exploring the transformative impact of forests.

Wicked Events have been working with Wild Rumpus for many years at Just So Festival and other events. We can't wait to see what this brand new festival has in store.

Duties volunteer are required for:

  • Wristband Exchange/Gates - wristbanding and checking
  • Carpark/Campsites – directing vehicles and keeping fire lanes clear
  • Little picking/Recycling – keeping the site clean, clear and tidy and making sure the forest/festival site is left in the same condition as before the festival arrived.

Perks of volunteering

Can I help?

  • Free access to site
  • Free access to campsite
  • Free access to activities
  • Meeting new people
  • Learning new skills
  • Supporting the National Forest

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to approximately 15 hours work over the course of the festival. This will be split into 3x5hr shifts. If you will be bringing children, we can arrange a more flexible shift arrangement to fit in with childcare. Please contact us if you would like more information.

Timber takes place at Feanedock, a 70 acre woodland site on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border and part of the forest in the making at the heart of the National Forest.
