With not long to go until this years festival, we have had a fantastic response to volunteering and don't have many places left.

If you're thinking of joining us, please contact james@wickedevents.co.uk or see the application form to see what opportunities are still available.

Perks of volunteering

Can I help?

Venue

  • Access to the festival.
  • Free campsite access.
  • Refreshments in the volunteer office
  • Supporting the Cheltenham music scene.
  • Opportunity to meet new people and learn new skills.

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to approximately 16hrs work during the festival. Generally this will be split into three shifts (one morning, one afternoon and one evening shift) although there is the option to work longer on Friday to help with the customer arrivals and have more free time over the weekend.

Situated alongside the Prestbury Hills landscape, the festival takes place on the prestigious Cheltenham Racecourse. The campsite is on grass in the middle of the racecourse, with much of the rest of the site on hard-standing.
