Priority access for 2020 volunteer stewarding applicants now open
We’re excited to let you know we are now ready to open applications to join the volunteer steward team at EOTR Festival this summer.
At the moment, we are only taking applications from those who had already applied in 2020. If you are interested in volunteering, and didn’t apply last year, applications will open to general admission as of Monday 17th May.

Deposit and Cancellation terms 2021
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they are an integral part to the application process. These terms specifically refer to the deposit and cancellation procedure for volunteering at End of the Road Festival.
These terms are in addition to the Wicked Events Terms of Engagement Policy. All other Festival specific terms and conditions also apply http://www.endoftheroadfestival.com/information/terms/.
Failure to complete your shifts will jeopardise any future application and your deposit.
A deposit payment is required to complete this application form. You will require a debit, credit card or PayPal account. Applications without completed deposit payments are not accepted.
Please note, all deposit payments will be held by End of the Road Festival LTD and not Wicked Events. Although all communication relating to deposits will be handled via the Wicked Events team.
In the event of the festival being cancelled or postponed, all volunteers will receive a full deposit refund (this will be for the same amount as paid on application, there are no booking or cancellation fees). This refund will be issued within 30 days of any announcement from the festival organisers to cancel or postpone.
Should you no longer be able to attend the festival you should let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations received within 14 days of application will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after 14 days but before 1st August 2021 will be subject to a refund minus £20 admin charge.
Cancellations after 1st August 2021 will be subject to a refund minus £50 admin charge.
Failure to inform the festival that you cannot attend will forfeit your entire deposit amount.
Once you have completed your volunteer stewarding shifts on site and returned any equipment, you will be marked as having completed your commitment to EOTR Festival and will be due a full deposit refund.
Deposits will be refunded via the same means they were initially paid, either direct to you bank account or via PayPal.
Refund transactions will be processed within 15 days of the festival ending. With all transactions expected to have cleared by Monday 27th September 2021.

As a general rule, all volunteers will be asked to complete 3 x 6hr shifts over the festival weekend. We have various shift plans including an option to volunteer pre/post festival, which gives you more free time over the weekend to party.
